Hi, I'm back with Part 2 of the mini-video series that I started last week about how to make 3-D mosaic cookie boxes. This week we're making a contoured cookie lid for the box with a flower-shaped pull on top. In the process, we'll cover how to work with three types of edible appliqués - namely stamped fondant pieces, royal icing transfers, and other small cookies.
Heads up: Lots of mosaic piecework can be time consuming, so if you're just starting out, consider doing a small area on a flat cookie before going all out with this project.
