Amazing! I would like to learn how to make this intricate patron! Congratulations
Hi Marimen. This is a very easy technique, which, I believe, originated from Marion at sweetopia.net. I just recently used it in my "Valentine's Hearts & Flowers" clip. Here is the link to her site for the tutorial:
Cara Evelin, non ho parole - è completamente decorato alla perfezione! Lavoro di elevata purezza! E così originale! E la combinazione di colori è perfetto! Mi piace il tuo talento unico!

Hi Sweet Prodigy! Thank you to have posted this beautiful tutorial; I didn't know about this video. Anyhow this is not the same technique but, very intetesting and helpful for Marimen!

So sorry. I'm working on a set of advanced crosshatch cookies based on sweetopia's technique and yours just seemed to resemble one of them. (I quickly piped some lines to show you what I mean.) My apologies for the error. Your cookies are very beautiful and you are a definite inspiration to all!

The photo you have posted here is exactly the technique I have used but, I haven't seen it in Sweetopia's video (the one with red lines). What I meant is that that tutorial is very helpful but, doesn't show this particular method. You are a master of icing skills so, it is very easy for you to reach this results by watching that video but, for a beginner could be not that easy.
Let's go ahead improving our techniques and having fun with our beloved cookies ❤️
