This set was made for a bridal shower last November. The last several months of every year tends to be filled with a lot of orders. It keeps me beyond busy .
This was a particularly fun set to make because the mother of the bride gave me a free hand within the theme "Last Bling Before the Ring" (an unexpected theme using "Bling" instead of "Fling", right?).
The hand painting learning curve is steep for me! I love the effects that can be achieved by painting, but it takes a great deal of practice for me to try and make something come to life on a cookie. It's definitely a process!! I was really happy with how the marbled cookie with the painted glass of champagne came out. It was just what I had envisioned. However, the champagne bottle...not so much! Ugh.
The work here on CC continues to elevate to new heights with advanced skills used by the talented artists who show their work! I love seeing the wonderful creativity ❤️.

Thank you Christine @Sweet Prodigy! It was a fun set to make. I loved the elegant look that was to go along with an event at a famous upscale location in Phoenix. I felt so honored that the mother of the bride asked me to make these 😉.
