My Rendition....Day of the Dead
I've resisted making this style of cookie because it's never been a design that has drawn me in. But, I recently received a note from Diane of Cookie Celebration to give this a try. So, here they are...

 Thank you Evelin . It's kind of strange to work on a cookie design that you've never really cared for before.   I actually tried to give  these a little bit more of a feminine look and feel.  There's such a wide variety of designs out there. These were actually more fun to do than I thought they would be.

Thank you Sonja!! It's definitely not the kind of design that calls to me but I'm glad I went ahead and made these.  After all was said and done, it turns out that I liked how they turned out. Quite a bit of work with hand painting but well worth it .
