I used hand cut stencils to create clouds and sun.
Stencilling techniques: Sugarflair powder colors with dry brushes, Sugarflair powder colors with wet brushes and stenciled honey on clouds and sun to stick edible glitters. Paris skyline and Tour Eiffel are handpainted with Americolor gel black.
I love the dreamy feel of this cookie. And, I think you should totally contact Stencibelle and have your Paris skyline made into a stencil! I would buy that for sure!
Incredibly gorgeous, as always, Evelin!! I've seen a lot of lovely cookies of the Eiffel tower. Your version of the complete landscape in black on a pink background is breathtaking .

I also would like to have one Christine!
Stencils are only two different shapes of clouds and the sun. In the beginning I though to hand cut the Paris skyline into a stencil but, this cookie is only 8cm, so it was killing to do it perfect. I hand painted with black the buildings and Tour Eiffel. The other cookie I posted two weeks ago "Japanese landscape" was the first of five I had on my mind, dedicated to the five continents: Asia. "Paris scene" is dedicated to Europe. The other three (still on my mind, not yet done) will be America, Oceania and Africa. If they will be nice all together I will ask to Stencibelle to realize them as you adviced me, ahahah! Do you really think it would be possible?

Thank you Carol! You are always so sweet; you know how much I do love pink...I though Paris was perfect in these two colors!
