This is absolutely exquisite. I think you did an amazing job of creating texture here. In particular, I like how you painted some leaves on the flooded base layer and then piped the rest of the rose to boost it above the flat surface of the cookie. I also really like how you did the thorns on the stem, piping them so that they almost pop off the cookie, and then graduating them from largest to smallest as you travel up the stems - that was some very careful piping there! Your shading of the pink petals and green leaves is masterful. Brava!
