Water Spirit

Baptism cookie-wanted to show water as a point of safety and possible menace depending on the purpose. The dove is meant to subdue the aggression of the waves, I guess that is why this is called a challenge lol.

I love this so much! I can see the little dove after the flood looking for a place to land and flying back to Noah. Or in the story of creation as water covered the earth, maybe God flew down in Spirit to enjoy what he had made. Very inspiring piece. 

I love the juxtaposition of the peaceful dove and the angry waters. The layering of the waves combined with the marbled whitecaps adds some great depth to the water. Well done!
