Love to prepare desserts, cakes so I decided to create some mini cookie desserts, another challenge to me❤️
Base down the cake was iced and after dried stencil and airbrushed, for fruits I use melted isomalt in silicone forms as on aditional photo
For the cake I used 2 pieces of baked round small circles
As cream used royal icing on
this cap is gingerbread cookie baked in silicone form, then iced with fluid icing as topping-liquid part...#2rule in this challenge and on the top isomaltcandy and strawberry
Those fruits are particularly realistic! Is your floral background a cookie as well?!
Oh thank you Christine, the background is unfortunately printedA4 but will definitely realize in future, I was thinking about, now was not enough time to do that 😜about isomalt fruits, I have good silicone molds😉😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️Nice to know you are here dear @BakerlooStation
I love the techniques you used to create your sweet desserts. Your "cakes" really do look more like they were made from cake batter rather than cookie dough. The creativity is wonderful and the fruit on top is the perfect touch!
