Love this challenge set, especially the majestic red heart in the center with the multi-level bow! I'm tagging @Manu biscotti decorati and @Delorse to be sure they see your creation. One quick side question: How were the roses done? They look possibly like molded fondant or a combo of some piped and molded ones?

Thank you so much! I'm not happy with my bows because i rushed to get this done and posted (vowed myself to do every challenge this year). Jealous of the entries that nailed Delores' style. The roses are a silicone mold. My roses by hand need A LOT of work/practice. Another goal for the year is to get better with florals.
This set is truly gorgeous! And your bows are great! But I know that kind of feeling of not being completely happy …. When I participated in my first Cookie Connection challenges I was never completely happy and I always felt I was rushing. I also knew what I would have done better next time, so that was the learning experience. I am glad you took the time to participate and I am glad to hear that you vowed to participate all the challenges this year!

Well, you should be proud of keeping up with the challenges regardless - that's a big deal. (If you're not proud, I am!) I also think you're being unduly hard on yourself - the cookies look really, really nice. But the cool thing about the challenges is: if you're not completely happy with the outcome, you have forever-access to the videos so you can always come back and practice under the guidance of an expert!
