Do you use a thicker consistency of icing to obtain that look or is there another way to go about achieving this effect? I love how it looks, especially when you have sections flooded with different colors. Love the way you've used the wafer paper in each of these designs...I'd recognize your creative and intricate style anywhere .

Thank you for your beautiful comment Carol! To achieve a puffy look I use a fan to dry flood icing (my fan has got two different temperatures: warm or very hot, I use warm). After you pipe flood icing on top put immediately your cookie in front of the fan, don't move it until it is dried....you will see, no air bubbles or bended RI in the middle!
