This is my entry for this interesting challenge :for my 3 inches cookie I decided to use a classic round shape and played with the white/powder blue color combo. I also picked up different details from the provided images such as foliage, peach ranunculus and small pink flowers from the floral compositions and wanted to experiment with the ruffle technique and I'm pretty satisfied with the result achieved.
As for the packaging I chose to be classic and elegant putting the cookie into a small white box, taking inspiration from the image where floral compositions are inserted in a pink box.
Thanks a lot Christine for this original and lovely challenge!
This is such a pretty wedding favor. I love how the ruffles gently sweep around the outside of the cookie. It almost looks as though the ruffles are being gently pulled back by the flowers to reveal the date of the wedding. I also like how you drew inspiration for the packaging as well. Did you sketch out your cookie design first or did you design and decorate as you went along?

Thanks for your lovely comment Christine! So glad you like it. I did a sketch of the design before starting with the decoration because I had already in mind the basic idea. At first I wanted to use a heart shaped cookie cutterwith the same details but then it turned out that a round cookie would provide a better effect.

I agree. A round cookie is the perfect shape for this design.
