This is what happens when I make mistakes. This was supposed to be a recreation of the first royal icing "sketch" shown but I wasn't paying attention. The second "sketch" shows what I actually ended up creating. This is by far one of my most favourite pieces. Everything fell into place without any planning.

This is absolutely incredible work dear Christine @Sweet Prodigy!! Whenever I see your designs I am amazed by your piping skill!! Such precision! Beautiful ombre effect that has so much dimension. Love it ❤️❤️

No matter what you "sketch" everything always turns out beautifully

Thank you for such nice word, Carol! @Cookies Fantastique I honestly never know how these things will turn out until I have finished them. This was one of those times where the results were better than I could have imagined.

Why am I suddenly reminded of one of my favourite Christmas presents as a kid - a Spirograph?  This must take you hours and hours to pipe!

This is definitely not a 15 minute cookie!  @Mugwump. It does look a bit like Spirograph, which I also love so much that I actually did make Spirograph cookies!
