These are such stunning roses! I love all of the different pink tones, and the very delicate petals. I also like how open the roses look, and the fullness of the roses because you made so many petals per flower. Well done!

Thank you, Christine. I'm slowly improving. I'm obsessed with flowers, whether they're real or made of royal icing or buttercream, and am determined to make mine look as close to the real ones as possible.

Ha ha, I was actually wishing they were buttercream when I was assembling the pieces. It's so much easier to make things fit! Everything on this cookie is good old-fashioned royal icing.
