i made cookies last sunday,

i using  De Koekenbakkers perfect cookie recipe which used 250g butter

i store them in a airtight container, everything was fine,

then i take them and put them on paper towel , decorate on monday

(i make the white RI for base and planning to try the painting Technique later)

overnight, i saw the oil permeate to the paper towel and make it transparent.

i think it is normal that cookie's oil permeate out, so i ignore it.

i put them back to the container after the RI dry, i put the paper towel between each cookies..

overnight again..

the next day, i saw the cookie's oil permeate out to the paper towel again!!!

so i change to use baking paper, because i really worry the oil permeate to the icing..

then when i back home, i saw the white RI become yellow!! is that the cookies oil made it?!!

because i put them stacked together??

the oil came from other cookies?? but the cookie on the top also got the this issues...

or the cookies surface which contact the RI bring oil and permeate out to the icing?
