I apologize in advance if this had already been addressed and I overlooked it. Has anyone had any feedback from customers regarding ease of opening cookies in heat sealed bags? I fear it may be a bit difficult, such as needing to cut open, and not as easy as the peel and stick bags. Thank you for any feedback.

No, this question has never been raised here, and it's a great one! Unfortunately, I don't package cookies any longer, so I have no insight on this one. I hope others will chime in!

Have you tried sealing and then opening one of your bags to give it a test? I don’t sell my cookies anymore, but when I did I never received any feedback from my customers about difficulty opening bags. (I used these bags, if you’re interested.) They opened cleanly and easily right below the seam from the heat sealer.
