Hi, all! Just a housekeeping note . . . I'm not one who generally likes to have a lot of broken links on my site, but, as you may have discovered, all of the former-Craftsy-turned-Bluprint links that appear in sidebars and on our Online Classes page under the Resources section are now broken.
Here's an example of one such sidebar link:
The reason this occurred is because, shortly after the COVID outbreak this year, Bluprint declared it was closing its business. All of these links were affiliate links that generated revenue that helped to fund this site, so it was a loss for us in a few ways.
Anywho, long story short, about a month or so ago, I received an email that Craftsy will be returning under that brand name and that much, if not all of, the past content will get reinstated and once again be available for viewing and sale. They stated that they expected this change to take place by September of this year. That being said, I purposely decided to let the broken links remain, with the hope that I could reactivate them with minor adjustments in September. The many hours of work to take them all down, only to put them all up again a few months later, seemed like it would be wasted to me.
So, as you encounter these broken links, please bear with me and understand why. Hopefully they will all be working again in one to two month's time. If not, I'll do a more thorough cleanup at that time. Thank you.
