In @bobbiebakes video she says there is a ‘square foam’ inserted between the cookies to create the space. I don’t see the foam in the picture. So was it removed and at what point- once enough strings are created to hold up the cookie without the foam? I can see in Sweetopia’s post how the stringwork is clearly done with the straw as support. @Petra Florean also shows clearly how to use a stand of cookies to isolate the top cookie. But can’t figure out bobbie’s . Would appreciate direction please on that one please @Sweet Prodigy

@Sylvianne If you watch the video, you will see the sponge being removed at about 2:25 in. It only lasts for a few seconds so you have to be on the lookout for it.
Also, it is best to post challenge questions directly in the comments section under the Challenge blog post and not the forum section. That way it won't get lost with all of the other forum posts, and others who may have the same question can more readily benefit from the answer. I'll tag @Julia M. Usher so she is aware too.
Very good thanks. So questions specific to the Challenge under the challenge but general questions under related forum topic heading. And I saw it this time at 2:25. Wow can’t turn away for a sip of tea for a second. Thanks.

Yes, challenge questions should go under the original blog post about the challenge so everyone can see them and benefit from the answers. Forums are available for almost any other question. Since this post is now here, I'll add a comment to the challenge post to direct people here to see this post. Good question.
