Joelma is a Brazilian national, wife and mother of an 8 years old girl. She gave private classes cake decoration for Wilton in Dubai and baked countless birthday, celebration and cupcakes in at least 7 different countries around the Globe: Brazil, Germany, Lebanon, South Africa, Netherlands, Dubai, United Arabic Emirates and now in the USA.

She had the honor to bake some of the cakes for the Royal family of Dubai and for the Dubai Heritage Association.

She studied Literature and History and use to be a teacher in Sao Paulo Her favorite cake is a coconut cake with pineapple filling. The next favorite cake on her list is the traditional Dutch apple pie. It is one of the most famous deserts in the Netherlands.
