I'd have no problem *Chu*ing on these cookies I'd start with the Roses one by one and then Chow Down on the rest Mmmmm!

Lololol! My last name is "Chua", hence the name ;-)

Love your cookie. I am very new to cookie decorating and am having a few issues. If you don't mind answering 2 questions I would be very grateful. Firstly what is the average size of your biscuits? When I get to the writing part or the flower part my cookies seem to small to fit everything. Secondly are your flowers made from royal icing, if yes what size nozzle are you using. My flowers are just to big to put onto the cookies. Thanks.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out! I'm also fairly new- about 7 months now since I decorated my first cookie! This plaque cookie is 4"w x 2.25"l & was purchased at Karen's cookies for $2.99. She also currently has the larger cutter (5"w) on sale for $2.49 & offers free shipping for orders >$75. To write, I use a PME tip #1 or #1.5 using medium consistency icing. They are much pricier then Wilton tips, which I still use, except for writing. For the flowers, I use Haniela's toothpick method. Andy Kay cookies on IG also has a good quick tutorial right now. I use Wilton Tip 101S. Take note of the "S"- it's not the regular 101 & is not sold in your typical retail craft store. I had to purchase mine online. For the leaves, I use PME tip 50s with stiff consistency icing. I really love this tip; it creates the most perfect tiny leaves. I like to hand pipe everything bc I don't love the taste of fondant. However, when I am on a time crunch, I will use mini rose molds using my homemade fondant. Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

Well it sounds like you're okay with my comment just seemed to fit. On cookie connection not everyone uses their name many times you don't know if there male or female or if the individual is in business and displaying an order or if it's an individual posting a personal gift anyways I like to keep things as light and Airy as possible and if I can make someone laugh even better I am also new on cookie connection and I'm having the same problem as Cookie Mom-sters any help would be grateful I'm looking forward to more of your postings you do great work

Thank you for getting back to me. The size of your cutters are similar to the ones I use maybe I just need to scale down on the size of my writing (I do tend to write big even when taking notes) and work harder on my flowers. I live in South Africa so buying items internationally is not a problem, the problem is when you collect the from the post office they charge quite a hefty import charge. The last time I bought something from the US I had to pay about $25 on import duties and my total order was only about $15, as a result I try and stay local. I have recently bought the PME #1 and #1.5 tips I found an outlet not to far from us. I will definitely try and find the other tips as you suggested. I love everything piped as well, it is also such a personal achievement when you manage to get it right but when desperate and don't have enough time I will consider fondant as an go to option. Once again thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, much appreciated.
