When I watched Evelin’s video the first time my snake cutter came to mind immediately. As you can imagine the curves and narrowness made this super challenging. I wanted to focus on getting the beginning of the V lined up with the bottom of the previous V.  I did my best with all the curves. I learned a lot about my strengths and weaknesses. It’s a really cool technique and I plan to use it on future cookies for sure. Thank you Evelin! And Manu and Julia.

Hey, you posted this GREAT entry twice. Can you please choose which image you want to enter, and delete the other? Or put the other photo in a comment under the one you want to keep. (See the challenge rules: no duplicate projects are allowed.)

UPDATE: @Stevie Jean, since I am going to be without a computer for the next few days, I took the liberty of deleting your other photo angle from "Clips" and posting it under this image (the comment here bears your name, though I made the change). I just want to make sure all challenge entries are in compliance with challenge rules before I am without a computer and the challenge closes.

Thank you Julia. I was hoping to post both angles in one post but I don't know how to do that.  I'm a bit challenged in that area. Thanks for the help.

So, for the future, you just post the main image as you normally would; then come down to the comments area under that main image (where we are commenting now) and select "Add Comment". When the comment box (that you type in) opens up, you will see a small blue "Add Attachments" link in the lower right. Click that to upload the other/supporting photo (it will insert in the comment box wherever your cursor is), add any verbiage in the comment box, and then click the blue "Post Comment" button at center bottom to post/save. Hope that helps. You might try it here with another photo of your snake.

What a clever and unique use of Evelin’s piped crochet technique and what a great addition to this challenge! I love to read how everyone can get inspired. Who could have imagined that this technique looked so perfect to render the skin snake!
