Thank you #CarmenUrbano for inspiring me to make a mixed media cookie.
Sometimes challenges forces you to use medias you never attempted at before. I never thought of putting an edible lace as a shawl, or dragées as necklaces.
I used molded chocolate for the flowers and the bird. I had so much fun also stepping out of my comfort zone and using vibrant colors.

Gorgeous! How did you do the background pattern on the cookie? It looks too perfect to be stenciled. Did you use an edible printer? Or something else? Also, I'm tagging @Inspirations by Carmen Urbano and @Manu biscotti decorati so they see your lovely post! I am inlove 😍 I like Frida a lot, I even have my own version of her using mixed media too! Yours is lovely. I love all the details you added using different edible materias, specially de necklace and those little earrings. Congratulations 🎉 🎈 I Love your Frida!

What a great entry @Dulcinea “Dool ceē neah”! I love every detail of your cookie. The shawl looks taylor made, and those earrings, and the necklaces! I loved that you didn’t draw any eyes, so like for Carmen @Inspirations by Carmen Urbano’s ballerinas all attention is driven to the details. The printed background is just the final touch. I wanted to ask you if it was printed then I saw that Julia @Julia M. Usher asked you the same question and your reply. Thanks so very much for participating!
