How to Make 3-D Contoured Wedding Cake Cookies

I love weddings and I love 3-D cookies, so here’s a project that combines both of those passions. While impressively four-tiers tall, this wedding cake cookie can also be reduced to a single tier – or box – to save time, and still look pretty. The other cool thing about this project is that, while quite decorative, it uses very little royal icing – so no time-consuming mixing of colors or cleanup!
