When I think of CC, love is one of the first things that comes to my mind. So, this is a very simple way of illustrating it. The hearts are hand painted transfers I purposely placed on a white canvas, because this is how we all begin our designs.
I’m thrilled to take part in this very special challenge where we can express our love and gratitude to Christine for all her extraordinary hard work and welcome Christine to her challenge!❤️❤️
I love the simple elegance of this cookie dear Heather @Heather Bruce Sosa!! The different sizes of the red hearts on a pristine white cookie is so beautiful. Awesome work my dear friend ❤❤❤

@Heather Bruce Sosa, Such a lovely sentiment! HOWEVER . . . this photo almost didn't make it into the challenge at all, because you did not place it in the challenge clip set or indicate the challenge in the caption under the title. I only happened to spot it by seeing the tiny challenge tag under the photo. You really must put your entries in the clip set going forward, as there is absolutely no guarantee that I will catch unclassified photos. Thank you!

Uh, uh, did it again... I’m so sorry Julia, I think I’m the pebble in your shoe! This has been my first post in the Challenge and I thought that mentioning it in the captions was enough. I evidently didn’t read the instructions carefully enough. Thanks so much for saving me again! Thank you, dear Julia❤️
Heather, my cookie friend, you wrote it so well and beautifully and the cookie is simply excellent!!! I like the color red and white as well as the beautiful ribbed lace of your cookie !! Great work my dear cookie friend!!! ❤️ @Heather Bruce Sosa

No, not a pebble - I just don't want anyone to miss out on the random drawing or challenge evaluation because s/he never entered him/herself , and I just don't have the personal resources to check every individual photo on this site to be sure.
The only way we can easily see photos entered in the challenge is if they hit the home page "Challenge" photo feed, and the only way to get in that feed (and to be "entered") is to select the "Practice Bake Perfect" clip set when you are selecting your photo categories.
But we ask you always to identify challenge photos (and any photo, really) three ways:
(1) Choose the challenge clip set (to be entered) (2) Write "Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #X" as the caption under your main title (so others can easily ID it as a challenge entry) (3) To add "Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #X" as a tag (to allow searches/search engines to find the photos; the tag only appears as a teeny bit of text under the photo, so if this is all you do, our judges and I may never see your challenge entry)
For this challenge, we also asked people to explain (in a comment) what other challenges they used as inspiration for their entry. If you could add that info, it will complete your entry! Thanks!
Hope this helps clarify the rules and why we have them. Thanks again!
Thank you so much, dear @Julia M. Usher for your your immense patience! Will add the comment that went missing and, hopefully, will be complete for the entry. ❤️❤️

One of the techniques used in a Challenge was “transfer”, and that is the one I used for the painted hearts
This is a wonderful entry with a wonderful meaning, Heather @Heather Bruce Sosa. I love your placement of the hearts - very thoughtful and perfectly done. ❤️
