This set is my second entry to Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge #31.

My last one tells a story by 3 scenes.

This time, I wanted to show LOVE by one scene.  The subtitle is โ€œLove, top of anythingโ€  Does Santa Clause put the letter on many presents, on top of anything?  Or is he getting a letter?

I wanted to include angels that I had wanted to make, a strawberry-shaped present and marble designed wrapping paper for the box.

These are the cookies made by only wet-on-wet technique.  The red sock is wet-on-wet icing transfer.  I have found out wet-on-wet is just the nicest technique to show fire.

The most enjoyable part of this challenge is there are so many entries and I can see how other cookiers decorate their cookies by wet-on-wet technique.

Another fabulous and so creative set, Ryoko! So love your Santa and that fireplace with the candles on top โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ!!!

Hi Sonja!   Thank you.  I live in rather warm area so we do not have fireplace.  I wanted to imagine fancy one but it was hard ....  It must be very very cold over there in your place, take care.

This is another fantastic entry, Ryoko! I completely agree that wet-on-wet is a great technique for creating fire. I love everything about this scene, but I am especially drawn to your angels and lightbulbs. The angel designs are beautiful, and I especially like your use of the two tones of grey to create some dimension. I like those tiny lightbulbs because they are so perfect and crisp looking, which is so very tricky to accomplish with wet-on-wet!
