This is my second entry for the 50 challenges milestone, and my first attempt with needlepoint lace, on carnival mask cookies. The grid was entirely hand-piped and I'm pretty satisfied with the result achieved even if I have to improve needlepoint patterns. 😁I decided to combine this wonderful technique with gold edible lace obtained with a textured mat and some hand-piped filigree details.
Oh Manuela, what a great fine pipping!! The whole cookie, the gold effect and the embossed pattern - all is so beautiful!! Really fantastic entry dear Manuela!! ❤️@MANUELA CANTÙ
This is such a beautiful composition of texture and design. I love how your two lace techniques each have their own color and how, at the same time, you've kept the coloring minimal, which really helps to play up the the distinctiveness of both types of lace. Excellent work with the hand piped needlepoint as well.

Thank you so much, Christine! So glad you like them ❤️
These are incredible masks dear Manuela @MANUELA CANTÙ!! The needlepoint piping is well done and the use of a variety of techniques makes the finished project even more visually interesting. You've obviously put a lot of thought into the project. It shows!! Awesome work ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...
