These are two gingerbread cookies and one naked chocolate butter cookie. I decorated the two icing cookies with different materials. The branches are hand painted and icing. The small glass spheres are tiny isomalt droplets with painted dots. The bows are made of Flexi ice. The linden leaf (above) also has an Illex leaf made of fondant and a hand-made Christmas rose flower made of rice paper. This was quite complex to design as each petal is only about 1.5 cm large. I let them dry over a round ice cube tray. The edges of the flower are subsequently painted gold. Sugar pearls, tiny sugar stars and glitter served as decoration. The chocolate cookie is just painted with white. The white sheet and the two cones are made of Flexi Ice, the somewhat clumsy bow is made of fondant. I made everything frosty with glitter. And is decorated with golden sugar pearls and small sugar stars.
Gabi, all three are so beautiful! The white one with baubles reminds me a lot of the lovely Easter tree your parents decorated every year. A lovely way to honour them. Really beautiful my dear friend ♥️

Thanks for all of the very detailed explanation. I especially like the contrast of the white decorations on the chocolate cookie - well done! Tagging @Inspirations by Carmen Urbano and @Manu biscotti decorati so they can see what you've done (again!) with the challenge!
