Altogether, I piped over three dozen "mosaic tile" cookies. These were two of my favorites that I didn't include in the challenge, but thought they were too pretty not to post.

Thank you. I had no idea how either of these would turn out when I started piping the lines. When I was done, I was pleasantly surprised!

Thank you. I think it's so interesting how a series of vertically and horizontally piped lines can create such unique patterns and textures. 

Not in a million years could I accomplish this!! This is not only gorgeous and astonishing, it is "mind boggling" how you can 1) keep it all "straight" with the layering, and 2) pipe so perfectly!!! Fantastic job.

Thank you so much, but really, I just keep my elbow on the table, which helps to steady my hand a lot...and I take VERY shallow breaths.
