This is my second entry to #39.  This time I made the smallest strawberries that I could make.

Media:  icing, flower paste and gummy bears (red)

liquid part:  jam with gummy bears

Carrots, celeries, hams and egg

(Left Photo) 3 cookies are going to be carrots and 2 are celeries.  Celeries are curbed cookies.

Carrots:  After the icing dries (right photo), I painted them with 3 different tones of orange colors.

Celeries:  They are flooded with light green icing, thin lines are piped.  After they are dried some parts are dusted with green powder

Ham: They are flooded with 3 different colors, white, light pink and dark pink, the border line is made with orange-brown colored icing.  After they are dried, some parts are painted with darker pink.

Egg: First egg white then egg yolk is made with icing.  After it dries completely, I paint the rim of egg with brown color.

Left photo shows how big my egg is.  The right photo shows the egg after the rim is painted with brown color.

eggham

These are carrots, egg, celery, ham and some leaves.  Those leaves are made with light green colored flower paste then they are colored with color dust.

Strawberries and blueberries

Strawberries and blueberries are made with icing.  After blueberries are dried, I painted thin white on it to make them look real.

Pancakes:  They are flooded with 2 colors of icing.  The hard and light colored icing covers the side of round cookies.  The cookies should be covered completely, that makes cookies look like pancakes. Dark brown colored icing is flooded.   After they are dried, brown colors are painted on the border of light and dark colors of icing to make them natural.  With a little hard brush and alcohol, I made the surface of pancake look like sponge.  I hope the texture of pancake can be seen.  (photo below)

Jam: I melt the red colored gummy bear then immediately add red color to make it darker.  I add seeds of strawberries made with icing.   I hope you can see the seeds in the jam.

Jam part, I tried a couple of ways.  I added pink colored icing in melted gummy bear but if I do so, there would be no transparency and seeds cannot be seen.  I adjusted the amount of water to gummy bear a couple of times, the gummy bear can be too hard or too runny.    I add red gel paste to melted gummy bears, that makes the jam look very thin.  It is like the jam made with strawberry juice, but this way the seeds can be seen. (right photo)

Well, the carrots are not the main in this set but it took a lot of time to paint them.  I am very happy the outcome of carrots.  🥕  It took so long and my real carrot dried while I studied it, my cookie carrots look dry, too.   I kept on looking for my blueberries... where they go... ??  and now I think it is easier to make blueberries with fondant, same with strawberries.   To make strawberries look real with only icing was challenging to me.

Thank you, Gabi @Icingsugarkeks   That lettuce leaves!  the magic is "Sugarin flower paste by Arati Mirji", the flower paste I got as a prize.  This is the second time for me to handle this paste, this paste is absolutely amazing.   I just watched the video by Arati Mirji, how to make flowers, and I did on my lettuce leaves.

This is really incredibly beautiful Ryoko !!! I haven't worked with this paste yet. But it makes me curious ...   @Ryoko ~Cookie Ave.

Wow, Ryoko, these are a hit. Totally awesome 👏👏💯💗 You put so mush effort and it is shown and💯 worth. Everything is perfect and so real I want to eat it 😀

Hi Zara, @carouselselsel thank you.  Mom said the same thing, she wants to eat it 😃  I don't want to see pancakes for a while, though 😱

It's a good thing you posted progress shots because I do not see cookies − or anything sweet − here. There are so many things that make this whole set impressive. The colors you used to depict each item are so perfect. But it's the blending of those colors that really knock this out of the park. I can see the effort and all of the steps it took to color each of the items - especially the carrots. I can also see the unique textures that you used, and how they are perfectly matched to the food you are representing  (especially the leaves).  And I see that you are also beginning to become a master of the melted gummie.

Thank you, Christine @Sweet Prodigy  Thank you😍

I got a bucket of gummy bear at Costco.  The amount is huge😱, I need to think how to consume them, really 😅
