For the Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge # 44 I made a large-format cookie 23 by 16 cm. I refreshed practice and knowledge re-watching Julia Usher's videos as #5 How to Top-Coat, Outline and Flood Cookies, 2-D Royal Icing Transfers, Summer Botanical Series and for the first time the Auntie's Cakery video to learn on suspended stringwork. I decided to make icing leaves transfers and patina on cookie. Had fun playing with royal icing gravity. Learned to be patience with times of icing drying too

Posting here takes a little while to get the hang of, but, once you do, it will become second nature!
@Susana Mattano This cookie is absolutely exquisite! There is so much beautiful piping work going on, and each detail compliments the others. I also love your choice of colors - the gold really adds to the elegance. I can't help but notice those leaves resting on top of that delicate stringwork frame. You must have had a lot of patience and a very steady hand!

You are right!!! Two components: pacience to let the stringhs dry and pasion on decorating!! Thank you!!!
