Hello, thank you, I have that addiction 🙀, 

the recipe I use is from Patricia Arribalzaga ( for 30 medium cookies or 20 large) you can use the flavor you want, I love natural oils ( lemon, orange, or lavender,) or water rose, orange blossoms water.

500 grams of flour without baking powder
3 eggs at room temperature
375 grams of icing sugar
60 grams of butter
1/4 teaspoon of tea salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (or 2 grams of hartshorn in 2 spoons of milk previous 1,5 hour)
1/2 teaspoon of anise essential oil

150°Celcius x 10 minutes 

it will depend on the size of the cookie.
