Valentine's Day Topiary Art

For this project I used the following techniques:

1) mold for fondant birds, fondant etched trunk

2) black marker for birds and ladybugs' eyes, and ladybugs' dots

3) light brown handpainted birds'wings and dark brown handpainted rose tree's trunk and leaves.

4) heart shaped sugar confetti

5) (I don't know if this is an admitted technique ) crunched biscuits for topiary art

I absolutely LOVE this cookie! The look of "moss" on it gives it such an earthy appeal. Beautifully designed and executed
