It feels incredibly appropriate that we are wrapping up October with a great big boo-tiful hot list.* I'm sorry, I couldn't resist the pun. I have just been so delighted by all of the recent Halloween-themed posts. So much creativity and cuteness!
Let's take a stroll through our very own sweet pumpkin patch . . .
#1: All the Fall Feels by MegMeACake (I cannot think of a better name for this cozy set. It certainly gives me all the feels, @MegMeACake.)
#2: Skeleton in Pink Coffin by Montserrat Esquivel (Who knew a coffin could have so much whimsy?! Great job, @Montserrat Esquivel.)
#3: Vivi's Haunted House by vivi (With all of its ghouls and glow-in-the-dark elements, this clip is quintessential Halloween and just perfect for this week's pre-holiday cover spot. Plus, it's no small feat to have an inaugural post that's so well received! Congrats on your first Cookie Connection clip, vivi!)
#4: Core by yokko (There is so much realism and depth to this handpainted stunner. Amazing, @yokko!)
#5: Halloween by Dhsprad (This vibrant set was first posted nine years ago and is trending once again with over 32K views! Incredible, @Dhsprad!)
#6: Colorful Pumpkins by Montserrat Esquivel (These striking pumpkins mark @Montserrat Esquivel's second appearance in this week's Spotlight. Congrats!)
#7: Boo! by Di Art Sweets (Boo to you too, @Di Art Sweets! Your set is 100-percent Halloween fun!)
#8: A Little Boo Is Almost Due by MegMeACake (Another two-time Spotlightee, this sweet cookie assortment does both Halloween and baby shower duty!)
#9: Mini Haunted House by April Berry (Pink and green are the new black and orange! This delightful 3-D miniature goes to show that Halloween cookies needn't stick with convention to be effective. Thank you for sharing your creation with us, @April Berry!)
#10: Kůň Pro Malou Holčičku aka A Horse for a Little Girl by Dita (Simply put: pure artistry by @Dita. Well done!)
How about that?! We started out with all of the fall feels and then galloped to a finish! I hope this week's hot list provided you with a hefty shot of seasonal inspiration.
Keep all of your clips coming. You're helping to keep the site so very festive!
I hope everyone has a pleasant and peaceful week.
