Hippity, hoppity, Easter's on its way! Yes, indeed, the site is overrun with Easter cookies, and each day they seem to multiply even faster than the progeny of the Easter Bunny! 
This Spotlight is testament to the fact that Easter's right up there with Christmas and Valentine's Day as one of cookiers' favorite holidays to cookie. This week's hot list* contains NOT a single cookie that isn't related to Easter eggs, chicks, bunnies, or flowers in some way - and Easter is still 36 days, 6 hours, 59 minutes, and 40 seconds away!
If you're not in the Easter or springtime cookie mode yet, then this post is sure to hip-hop you quite speedily down that trail . . . it's like a sweet spring carrot peeking out of the garden patch, tempting you to unearth it and gobble it up. (I know, a bit weak, but I just had to keep that bunny metaphor going . . .
