Hi, all! Happy fall! We're in that inexplicably odd time zone where people tend to jump from Halloween cookies right into Christmas ones, forgetting about that wonderful Thanksgiving holiday that falls in between! 
Fortunately for us Thanksgiving lovers, we've got some suitably autumnal cookies topping this week's hot list*. Of course, we've got the requisite Santas, snow globes, and other Christmas cookies sneaking in early too . . . 
Though no matter the theme, all of our Spotlightees are stunners, as I'm sure you'll agree! Enjoy!
Before I get to the honorees, one housekeeping note: I am off on my annual Thanksgiving vacation next Saturday, November 21, and am not returning until Monday, November 30. I hate to miss two Spotlights in a row, but I also owe it to my husband to be as much in the moment with him as I can be. (We only have two weeks of vacation together each year.) So, there will definitely be no Spotlight on November 21, and I'm going to play the following weekend by ear. In the meantime, keep posting your cookies so I've got some fresh material in our photo feeds when I return!
