With one of the year's biggest cookie holidays barely behind us, it's already time to get the creative juices flowing for the next big one - Valentine's Day! Phew! The work of the cookier is never done! 
Fortunately, if you're passionate about what you're doing, that work can be loads of fun! And, even if you're still reeling from the Christmas rush and not entirely recharged, this week's Spotlight is the perfect jumpstart to get you back into the swing of things.
With the exception of the number one cookie on our hot list*, all of these cookies were posted prior to 2019, but are still riding high on our site due to the ongoing love they've gotten from viewers like you! Let's show them all some more affection by giving them a huge round of applause!

P.S. For those who read last week's Spotlight, a quick update: "Baby" is doing just fine. She's currently staying in a foster home until she is old enough to be spayed and adopted by a permanent family! When she's not randomly jumping in the middle of her kitty litter box, she loves hanging out in a pouch on her foster parent's lap. 
So that no one has an unfair advantage in making it onto a hot list, the algorithm is secret even to site administrators. Only our platform developers know the code, which has been exhaustively tested by those developers and Cookie Connection staff.
