Many Thanks, Dear Christine!

This is a thanking note for dear Christine @Bakerloo Station for her contribution and hard work to cookie connection and challenges throughout. I noticed many times beautiful and colourful birds in her cookies and assumed that she is a bird lover.  Hence, in this cookie I included royal icing bird transfers.
Further for this entry I was inspired by practice bakes perfect #16 (Roses) https://cookieconnection.julia...nge-16-a-dozen-roses
and  practice bakes perfect #35  (Painting) https://cookieconnection.julia...-perfect-35-painting.
The message I wanted to convey in the entry is Cookie connection is a giant tree which provide support and shelter for birds with various differences from all over the world. It is a one big happy family sharing love, kindness and various skills.

First I flooded this cookie with royal icing. Once it is completely dried, applied royal icing on it with a brush then painted with brown gel colour to get wooden effect. All birds and roses are RI transfers.
