After many years in accounting as a software trainer, I became a therapist with a very large practice, treating and training people from all over the world. 

I now live and work in Spain and although still have a therapy practice have gone back to a 'previous life' of baking. I make mouth sized favourites - victoria sandwich, coffee and walnut, bakewell pudding, brownies, cakepops and so on, in fact anything other than cupcakes (there are a lot of people here who specialise in cupcakes, so I leave it to them! I also make small batch high quality chocolates. I am now also working on designs for decorated cookies.
