Wow!  Your entries for this challenge keep getting better.  How long did this set take?

Thank you!
The set has been sitting in my mind for a while, after looking at Christine 's pics.
I started to sketched it after finishing the "Floral Tile Design" set.
At the beginning of last week, Monday, I cut, baked and iced the cookies. The batch in the centre is turned upside down so that the surface was flat (I left them in the oven 2 min too much, though).
I handpainted for a couple of hours everyday from Friday till today. Consider that are group of four relatively small cookies, so once the first it was done the other three were very quickly to paint.
It took quite a long time to finish the small semi-domes today, because they are 12 and because I was frigthened to ruin everything.

Well, you certainly didn't ruin a bit. If anything, your whole set is like a masterpiece! Thank you so much for sharing the progress photos. It's nice to see the stages of such a detailed project. Your work is beautiful and very inspirational!

Gasp!  This is beyond exquisite! Is it all hand-painted? (Hard to tell on my mobile device.) i think the architectural elements of the challenge are the most challenging, and you really knocked this out of the park!

Senza parole, un vero capolavoro dall'ideazione alla realizzazione. I colori, le singole parti che compongono il tutto: insuperabile!!! Complimenti sinceri Manu, hai superato te stessa!

OH MY GOSH!!  Well, where do I start? This is beyond words.  It is TRULY magnificent.  I haven't seen a more truer work of art.  I am stunned, in awe, and almost brought to tears with this set.  GREAT JOB!!!!

I took so much inspiration and learn so much since I signed up to Cookie Connection that I try to contribute as well whenever I can. Glad you appreciated that!
