I know, I know, it's getting boring ... Another new color combination of autumn leaves.

Looks great and I noticed the shine. What do you mean by partially glazed by gummie bears? Melted and painted on?

Yes, the shiny cookies are "coated/painted" with melted gummy bears.
You have to be very quick, otherwise it will solidify before the cookie is ready ... @Sylvianne

After baking, I coat the cookies with melted gummy bears. It is quite difficult to get a clean edge, as the mass solidifies incredibly quickly.
I could imagine if you glaze the cookies before baking that the mixture would burn. Gelatine that has already been melted at 180 ° C for so long is certainly not going well?🤔 But it would be worth a try ... I'll tell you when I've tried. Thanks again Heather!!   @Heather Bruce Sosa
