A birthday spring bouquet for mum

For this bouquet I baked dark chocolate cookies and decorated them with white icing. I airbrushed the basic colors and hand-painted the details. Although I was not at all satisfied with the result (the icing had too much air and could not be applied well ...) my mom was so happy that I was happy to make this bouquet. ❤️

I actually really like that the icing is somewhat irregular looking, rather than a perfectly flat surface. Its much more realistic of flowers. And the colors are beautifully vibrant. I never thought of just icing everything in white and then adding coloring after the fact. Brilliant! And gorgeous!
