Bouquet of Flowers

This was a very exciting challenge for me. I have never piped flowers on a contoured cookie. I love Hydrangeas. The pink hydrangeas and the blue ones are piped with different tip numbers.

The piping consistency on the blue hydrangeas were too stiff.

Blue hydrangeas - tip 59

Pink hydrangeas – tip 101

Leaf - 104

Yellow flowers – 81

Other details were done with different round tips.

The hydrangeas were piped on the outside of the sphere cookie. The yellow flowers on the inside of a sphere. The blue and pink buds were piped on egg shaped cookies. Other cookies were cut with leaf cutter and petal cutters.
