My first stained glass experience. I made this cookie using@SweetAmbs technique which Christine has included in PBP challenge main post. Thanks Christine @Sweet Prodigy for the supporting link.
First I drew my own design on a paper and trace it to the cookie. After that drew all lines by using medium consistency black RI.
Once dried, I flooded the sections using white medium consistency RI.
After a day painted each section using Gel food colors.
Once it completely dried, brushed corn syrup in each section to get stained glass effect.
Thank you for showing the progress shots. They really help to show how you brought your design to life by painting it with the gel colors. The mottled colors and the the shading on the pumpkin add wonderful interest and dimension...and that spider is the cutest!
