I can’t get over stenciled royal icing transfers! And here’s one more variation of my past two Cookie Connection tutorials: 3-D Spooky royal icing Hut:

and 3-D Lacy Royal Icing Hut

phonto

Each part of this 3-D royal icing hut variation is a royal icing transfer that I stenciled over a @sugarveil silicone mat: the Needepoint Mat. This process embosses the mat’s textures into the royal icing. Before assembling the hut I decorated the transfers by piping cross stitches and glueing some royal icing roses.

Here’s a couple of close-up:

This time I didn’t insert a mini LED lights inside the hut, to accentuate the decorations stenciled on the inside or the embossed lace texture, like I did for the previous two huts, because this one is already so rich on the outside.

Thank you, Gabi! I haven’t piped roses for a long time. I used some old ones I had stored for a long time. I should make new ones and practice piping!

So pretty and perfectly done. Thanks for sharing this tutorial variation here!

Thank you, Julia, I am getting the hang of it. I have a little village of royal icing hut at home!

I don’t think you need to practice because of your perfection...!
