Hi, nice job! You mentioned you used two different brush embroidery techniques. Can you explain what those two techniques were, why you used them, and how they differed . . . just so more people can benefit from your learning experience? Thanks so much!

Hello, Julia!

I used two differents brushes for the technique. One rounded and smaller and another one larger and squared point.

I can do a video showing how it was done.

Thanks! A video would be extra wonderful!

Follow the video with the details how to do the Mermaid Tail.
I use round and square brush to reach the Brush Embroidery results and also water base colors for airbrush.

Dani, it says it has been deleted!😩

Now you can see the cookie, but it still  says “video deleted”😔

I deleted my comment and include the video as a new post, marking as a video/tutorial. Unfortunately I tried twice as comment here, but as you saw, it´s not working.
Now it´s ok.

Awesome idea Dani @Dani Matos! The mermaid tail is a perfect application for using brush embroidery and you did it so well. Your work always has really great attention to detail and this is no exception. Love it ❤️

I'm embedding @Dani Matos' video here, so you can all see it without having to jump over to her other post. (Video-posting in the comments area does work! )

I'm not sure what you did, but I just copied the embed code for the video into the source (html) version of this text editor. The source version appears if you click on the "<>" icon at the end of the tool bar. You should also be able to add video directly as an attachment, like you add photos, but there is a size constraint. Perhaps the video was too big.

Thank you for creating a video of your brush embroidery techniques; it is certainly an excellent tutorial. I like how you managed to give your mermaid tails so much depth and dimension. Your brush embroidery techniques perfectly match each part of the tail.

Thanks, @Sweet Prodigy ❤️
You and others colleagues inspire me to do a good job on that!

Thanks once, Julia!
I didnt´t know where find the embed code. Next post I will try to do it.

I´ve tried to add directly, apparently it appears, but when you try to see, it comes as deleted.

But what´s important: you help me and now it´s running. Thanks a lot!

I see what you’re saying @Dani Matos. Direct attachment of videos under 100MB should work. I’ll report the bug to the support team so they can fix it.
