This funny tower is folded from 4 big round cookie 7.8cm and each has at least 2,3 small glued so I've got  heigh to pipe those arches.Have to say I clously pass heart attack becouse in the moment I wanted make photo shooting and at the same time holding this tower luckily for me without the icing top ..my son started cry a lot suddenly I got scared and I losted ballance of my handsand that was the point when my tower fall on couch and half was simply destroyed,so I have to repare work of my 3 hours effort very carefully.By the way my son was ok,nothing serious that was the light side of the case❤️I still didn't find the perfect recipe for ideal royal icing to work this technique I tryed  this recipe https://www.youtube.com/watch?...jPU9SAy&index=85

but maybe my eggs were larger or I don't know why wasn't finally so stiff,so I needed to add more powder sugar, which I from start  grinded and sifted to get more fine sugar powder. Sweetopia has realy nice video tutorial stringwork technique how to pipe arches on cookie https://www.youtube.com/watch?...Ux0rmvdCQ&t=9s. I did so much today but I don't feel satisfction that is better than my first try yesterday when I use only meringue powder, ugar and water to unite all to prepare royal icing

Congratulations on your very hard work, dear Petra! Sorry it fell and broke, and is your son ok? ♥️

Wow Petra!!!! Congratulations on your perfecting perseverance!!! Practice “pipes” perfect!! Great and challenging work, dear friend!!👏👏♥️

Many thanks dear Heather,I thought will be today easier but not at all❤️

Yes I wrote it,he is.Nothing happend to him ,his friend cuts a kite tale so he started cry like crazy😂😂😂

I'm glad to hear that your son is okay. I know exactly what it's like to break stringwork and have to either repair the damage or start all over (although, usually I am the cause of my stringwork breaking ). I love the way you stacked the cookies so that the stringwork could drape below - and rise above the cookies. It looks like the top layer of stringwork is floating slightly above the cookie, which, I know, can't be the case. Is it being supported by just a few strings?

Amazing work Petra!!!! @Petra Florean. I'm so impressed by the work and your patience. These are so well done my dear and I'm really glad to hear that your son is ok!! It can be scary when a little one starts crying and you're not sure why. I've definitely experienced that before. Not fun.

I'm SO glad you kept on with the work. You always continue on in spite of little (or big) bumps along the way . Awesome job my friend ❤️❤️❤️

It is Very difficult to me , because it is not my style but not because that, especially cause it's complicated technique which is so new to me,you right I didn't think about exactly strings to pipe didn't match me there,HM probably I should?♥️

I like how the stringwork is floating above the cookie. It makes me wonder, how did she do that?!

Dear Christine I did a photo of silicone half hemisphere mold and metal mold which helped me to create the top of tower from pure royal icing on the  smaller when dryed I turned it up side down on the bigger cupola glued with royal icing and then I piped those arches on the end if I remember wel there are 3 or 4 rounds ❤️
