Oh how unique and so gorgeous Evelin!!! I love your Christmas pink . Each cookie has so many elements to look at that I see something new with every view...incredible work, as always! It would be wonderful to actually take a class from you. I know that I would come away with a whole treasure trove of new ideas and techniques that would improve my work tenfold!! Have you considered teaching online classes? Just a thought...β™₯β™₯β™₯

These are so pretty and perfectly done as always! Can I ask you how you pipe those perfectly round and puffy baubles? I sometimes have craters when I make puffy dots (I mean half sphere)...

Dear @mintlemonade (cookie crumbs) it is easy! Prepare a creamy flood icing, pipe spheres and leave them in front of a fan (warm air) for at least one hour....you will see the difference! Happy Holidays dear Noriko πŸ’—πŸŽ„πŸ’—

I don’t think you need any classes @Cookies Fantastique πŸ˜„ I don’t have online classes at the moment but if you come to Milan one day I’ll be honored to give you a cookie lesson and really happy to hug you in person! Happy Holidays πŸ’—πŸŽ„πŸ’—
