The eye was from a kit to make isomalt eyes.  I bought it at CookieCon.

BTW, if you intended this for our challenge (which it seems you did from the title), it needs to be put in the Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge clip set too; otherwise we may not see it and evaluate it as part of the challenge. I just happened to catch it and put it in the clip set for you, but please remember this for next time. Thank you!

It’s a kit.  It has mold for different size eyes that you add clear isomalt, than a flat eye and then more isomalt.  I saw it at CookieCon and I wanted to make a cookie with the eye to show you.
