We've now got about one foot of snow on the ground (which is almost unprecedented for St. Louis) and more is still coming down, so it should probably come as no surprise that I was especially drawn to the spring-y colors and flowers in our cover image by @Ewa Kiszowara MOJE PIERNIKI. Oh, how I've had enough of winter already and yearn for warmer days!
Despite our uninviting landscape, hubs and I are going to brave the treacherous roads and head out to dinner soon for a long overdue date night. That being said, I'm going to try to be more pithy than usual

I hear my husband stowing the snow shovel (after clearing our walk for the third time today!) and starting the car, so I think that's my cue to say so long - for now.
