Hi, all. By now you may be aware of a TikTok video posted by Rachel of The Creative Siren regarding her recent public treatment by an executive of Arkon Mounts. To be clear, I cannot support any company whose leadership so clearly objectifies women, and so, when I saw her video last night, I immediately returned Arkon Mounts' sponsorship of my cookie competition and terminated my affiliate relationship with them. I have also removed all links to them on this site in side bars and competition posts. (If I missed any, please let me know.)
As you hopefully know by now, I typically do not jump on social media bandwagons as there are often two sides to a story, but, because the video was so incriminating, I wanted to be very clear about my own business principles and stance on this issue. Thank you! Let's continue to lift up the members of our larger creator community by doing the right thing, and always acting with the highest of principles.
