Hi, all! As you may recall from this past post, in 2021, I partnered with the world-renowned Japan Salonaise Association, aka JSA, to bring my signature 3-D cookie techniques and recipes to Asia. Well, this beginner-to-intermediate 3-D cake stand cookie with sweets is part four in a five-part series of courses that I helped JSA to develop! And, woo hoo, reg for it is now open! It will be conducted in Japanese both in person at JSA's Japan headquarters and online for students in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Thailand. While the course is not taught by me, I closely supervised JSA’s course content and it comes with my highest endorsement!
